Our current workforce is made up of a diverse range of people from different cultural and language backgrounds, different locations and different standards of education. Across our corporate offices in Ulaanbaatar and Singapore as well as on our site at the Naran Mandal Gold Operations, we employ a wide range of skill sets – from geologists, mining engineers, metallurgists, underground miners, process operators and exploration experts; to administration, IT, health, safety, environment, human resources, finance and legal experts. We also work closely with specialist contractors located across the world. If we can’t find the skills we need locally, we can draw from a wide network of specialists whose skills can support those of our on-site experts. We partner with these contractors and consultants much like we do with our own employees. Mongold will be offering vacation employment to students who may work in an area of interest.
